How to Avoid "made in China"Poison??...not so easy!

Looking to avoid food products made in China? I don't blame you: The country has become the world capitol of contaminated foods.

A circulating email claims that UPC barcodes reveal the country of origin for food products. Anything made in China, the email informs us, will begin with three digits in the range of 690 to 695.

Products made in the U.S. begin with 00 to 13, says the email.

This information is false. NaturalNews looked into the barcode issue to determine the reliability of this advice and found it to be pure fiction.

Many nutritional supplements made in the U.S., for example, actually begin with 85, and there is no correlation between the country in which a UPC symbol is registered and where a particular product is actually manufactured.

Flu Season (NON)Facts ??

I saw Christy Yamagucci the Olympic ice skater on TV using her cheesey star mug to promote flu vaccines. I have seen it in other places like there was a place you could vote and get the JAB at the same time. Why is there such a push to get the Flu shot?? To save lives of course...guess how many lives are saved...well they can only estimate...but it is estimated that a few hundred lives are saved....What you say only a few hundred and they are not sure that the vaccine did it ....

WHY...because there is no proof..NONE, that the flu shot works...the CDC even admits this....it is a very dodgy science clouded in mystery....!!

Gardisil & Genital Warts & Vacci-Nation

Another wonder drug is available from Merck, it is called Gardisil I guess it is supposed to prevent HPV or better known as genital warts...yikes, and some strains of HPV may cause cervical cancer. about 3700 women die each year from this type of cancer and is ranked 10th on the list of deadly cancers for women.

I read an article from Natural news about how the vaccine is triggering genital warts for those vaccinated and my courious nature decided to dig around, partly because I am already skeptical of the about the fervent marketing and push to vaccinate. natural news says..."Vaccine No Guarantee Against Cell Abnormalities

these are serious issues...I would not get this shot or recomend it. Montana election fraud??

I dont know....do you? I cant point to any specifics but there just seems to be a quiet acceptance of results even though we are still counting our votes with the highly controvesial ES&S voting machines. ES&S problems are wide spread...here are a few examples...

Made in China......linens & Crap dies!!

Yesterday we went out to eat, it was a pretty good time. On the way back we stopped by the going out of business sale at linens and things. I wouldnt normaly shop at a store like this although they do have a lot of nifty items useless and essential(mostly not).

To teach the boys something and have a home spun experiment of sorts I offered 1 doller to each of the boys if they could find an item that was not made in China. As murphy"s law applies the 1st thing Hank looked at was made in the USA.....eventually we discovered that over 95% of the merchandise was imported from china. We looked at the quality/pricing (30 cents a day labor) and calculated mark-up. It was a tangable lesson, the difference btween the made in Japan and made in china..............Japan puts out some very High quality goods, if China did...it would lessen the problem.

I am not sad to see linens & crap shut down....we should go throw a party. The point I wanted the kids to ponder is....what is it that Linens & Things contribute to our community and society in whole????

selling us cheap crap.....

and providing a few low wage jobs....

High-Priced Chemotherapy Treatments Bankrupting Families for a Few Months of Low-Quality "Life"

(NaturalNews) The American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) will soon encourage doctors to discuss the financial costs of chemotherapy as one of the side effects that patients should consider in deciding which treatment to proceed with, or whether to use treatment at all.

Many cancer patients know that they cannot be cured, but use drugs to seek a longer and higher quality life for the time that they have. For these patients in particular, the cost of drugs can be an important factor. Dr. Leonard Saltz of the Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center points to two different drugs for metastatic colon cancer, one of which costs $60,000 more than the other.

The more expensive drug does not cause hair loss, but can cause damage to hands and feet. While these alternate side effects are normally discussed with patients, many doctors feel uncomfortable discussing cost.

"These are awkward discussions," Dr. Allen Lichter of the American Society of Clinical Oncology said. "At least we can bring this out in the open."

Saltz also points to a pancreatic cancer drug that costs $4,000 per month, but only extends survival for an average of a few weeks.

"Is it a good investment, a high-risk investment, or buying a lottery ticket?" he asked.

The price of cancer drugs is rising at a rate of 15 percent per year, in particular as new and expensive biotechnology drugs hit the market. Some of these drugs may cost $100,000 or more for a course of treatment.

Not all drugs are created equal, and doctors need to be honest with patients about this, said Neal J. Meropol of the Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philadelphia and head of the panel writing the new ASCO guidelines.

"Chemotherapy is a fraud," said consumer health advocate Mike Adams. "Its main purpose is not to save lives but to generate profits for the drug companies. In order to protect these profits, the FDA and FTC routinely discredit safer, more natural and more affordable cancer cures that really work," Adams said.

G.O.P. Donor Is Accused of Overcharging Pentagon

The Democratic chairman of a House investigative committee presented documents to the Pentagon on Thursday charging that a top Republican fund-raiser, Harry Sargeant III, made tens of millions of dollars in profits over the last four years because his contracting company vastly overcharged for deliveries of fuel to American air bases in Iraq.

In a written statement on Thursday, a lawyer for Mr. Sargeant, who is the finance chairman of the Florida Republican Party and a major fund-raiser for Senator John McCain’s presidential campaign, called the allegations “deeply disappointing” and asserted that they were not supported by the facts.

The contracting company, called the International Oil Trading Company, or I.O.T.C., was briefly in the news over the summer when a former partner filed a lawsuit against Mr. Sargeant in a Florida circuit court.

The former partner, a Jordanian named Mohammad al-Saleh, is a brother-in-law of King Abdullah II of Jordan. The court papers laid out his assertion that he obtained special governmental authorizations for the company to transport the fuel through Jordan and was then unlawfully forced out by Mr. Sargeant, who strongly disputed those allegations.
